Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Drive Kathmandu to Besisahar.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, traversing through picturesque landscapes alongside the Trisuli and Marshyandi rivers. En route, you'll pass charming villages like Malekhu and Mugling, immersing yourself in the local culture. After a 5-6 hour drive, you'll arrive in Besisahar at an altitude of 1,300 m, where you'll spend the night in a teahouse or lodge.

Day 2 : Drive to Chame.

After breakfast, continue your journey by driving to Chame, the administrative headquarters of the Manang District. The road offers breathtaking views of lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and towering cliffs. Arrive in Chame and explore the charming town, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Spend the night in a teahouse, resting and acclimatizing to the increasing altitude of 2,670 m.

Day 3 : Trek to Upper Pisang.

Begin your trek towards Upper Pisang, a scenic village nestled amidst the towering peaks of the Annapurna range. The trail ascends gradually, offering panoramic views of the Marsyangdi River valley and the surrounding Himalayan landscape. Day 9 : Trek back to Manang.

Descend to Manang, trekking through picturesque landscapes and charming villages. The 4-5 hour trek offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Arrive in Manang at an altitude of 3,540 m and spend the night in a teahouse or lodge.

Day 10 : Trek to Leder.

Trek to Leder, enjoying wonderful views of Tilicho Peak, Gangapurna, and Annapurna II, III, and IV along the way. The 5-6 hour trek takes you through scenic landscapes and remote villages. Spend the night in a teahouse or lodge at an altitude of 4,200 m in Leder.

Day 11 : Trek to Thorong Phedi.

Continue your trek to Thorong Phedi, trekking through picturesque landscapes and enjoying stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The 4-5 hour trek takes you past suspension bridges and through quaint villages. Arrive in Thorong Phedi at an altitude of 4,450 m and spend the night in a teahouse or lodge.

Day 12 : Cross Thorong La Pass and trek to Muktinath.

Rise before dawn for the exhilarating crossing of Thorong La Pass, one of the highest mountain passes in the world at an altitude of 5,416 meters. Begin your ascent in the early morning hours, navigating steep switchbacks and rocky terrain as you climb higher. Reach the prayer flags adorned summit of Thorong La Pass and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Day 13 : Trek to Jomsom.

Trek to Jomsom, trekking through the beautiful desert landscape of the region. The 5-6 hour trek takes you along the Kali Gandaki River and through picturesque villages like Kagbeni. Arrive in Jomsom at an altitude of 2,720 m and spend the night in a teahouse or lodge.

Day 14 : Fly to Pokhara.

Fly to Pokhara, enjoying a scenic 15-minute flight over the stunning landscapes of the Annapurna region. Upon arrival in Pokhara, transfer to your hotel and spend the night relaxing and exploring the city.

Day 15 : Drive to Kathmandu.
