Ganesh Himal Expedition
Ganesh Himal, a sub-range of the Himalayan mountain range, lie between the Budhi Gandaki and Trisuli Gandaki valleys, northwest of Kathmandu and east of Langtang Himal. Some of the peaks of Ganesh Himal lie on the boarder with Tibet. Although the peaks are of no height of more than 7500m. the Ganesh Himal enjoys great vertical relief over the nearby valleys, specially Ganesh II & Ganesh III . the highest peak in Ganesh Himal is Ganesh I ( Yangra ). Although the peak was first attemted by H. W. Tilman’s team back in 1950, the first ascent took place in 1955 by a Franco-Swiss Expedition team via the Southeast Face and Ridge.
Ganesh II ( Ganesh NW ) is notable for its exceptional steep rise above local terrain rising 5800m. from Burhi Gandaki in a horizental distance of about 16 km. There were several unsuccessful attempts on this peak from 1950s and finally summited in 1981 via Northeast Spur and North Face.

Day 1: Kathmandu (1310m/4298ft)
Our airport representative will be received you at the airport and transfer to Hotel. It is 7km and takes about 10 minutes. Overnight at hotel, B.B plan
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sight Seeing
After breakfast beautiful "Kathmandu Valley" sight seeing. This day we visit Shwoyambhunath Stupa, Baudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel, B.B plan
Day 3: Stay at Kathmandu for the official procedure
Day 4: Drive to Syabrubensi. Day 5: Trek to Paragoan.
Day 6: Trek to Garthali.
Day 7: Trek to Kalo Tuppa.
Day 8: Trek to Thangjung Kharka.
Day 9: Trek to Sanjung Kharka.
Day 10 Trek to base camp.
Day 11/30: Climbing period.
Day 31: Retrace to Thangjung Kharka.
Day 32: Trek to Garthali.
Day 33: Trek to Chilime.
Day 34: Trek to Syabrubensi.
Day 35: Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 36: Kathmandu
Rest day at Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. B.B Plan.
Day 37: Kathmandu
Rest day at Kathmandu. Surprise dinner party. Overnight at hotel. B.B Plan.
Day 38: Departure to Airport
Departure to airport for the onward destination.
